The North Dakota State Parade is organized, managed and put on by members of the community who volunteer their time. From the planning committee that starts meeting in January, up until the day of the parade. These members volunteer their time because they love being a North Dakotan. We are always looking for people willing to donate their time and any specialty skills they may have.
